yea I know wrong section but the people in the hair section are being mean insulting my looks(an explame of why I hardly leave P%26amp;S section)

You are brave putting your picture on here but I think you like the punk look so I am going to say the first picture with the blue/purple dye. I don't think you will look good with the second because it's all short on top and the sides. Wouldn't look right on a girl. You have great hair anyway. Okay, first off - you are NOT ugly at all! Anyways, my vote is for the first haircut - still cute and fem. The second one is kind of like Kelis but I hate her hairstyle. Plus you'll risk looking like a lesbian, unless you are one in which case it would be perfect.

Anyway, I think you should get the first cut because then it will still be long enough to put in a ponytail on a bad-hair-day. We all have those every now and then, and it's always good to have back-up!
