get some styling wax at a salon or something. Blow dry it on a cold setting and dip your fingers into the wax. grab a section of hair and slide your fingers down. keep doing that until your hair is completley done. then blow dry it again on a cold setting.

such a cuuute style! :) purchase some pantene texturizing sculpting creme and just put some on your fingertips, style it and move the ends out.

First you have to get it cut to have that kind of style. Then get a good straightner and wax......

It's NOT scene... and it's uglie!

How can I style my hair like this?

you need layers, so youd need to get ur hair cut.. and than with a big brush..the round one.. grab the hair, wrap it around the brush, use a blow dryer and keep turnin the brush so your hair moves around and around it with the heat of the blowdryer on it. . than ull get the lil flips

when you blow dry it try to flip it out. then whenever your fixing it straighten it all, then use either a curling iron or a straighener and flip it out and make sure you spray it w/ hair spray or use some kind of product to hold it. hope this helps some.

If you want it to be that short, you should have a hair stylist cut and layer your hair first to fit that hair style. Then, get a straightener and flip your hair out when straightening it. Do that in small sections so the layers will show. My suggestion is for you to put some kind of heat protecting spray on it first, then some gel to hold it. Hoped I help!
