your very pretty.. and i like the short hair on you.. but i think the way you style it now is very young. maybe thats the way you like it.. but to look a little older id lose the clips and go for a relaxer.. mmmmm idk it might help.. rihanna hair check it out you would look good with that hair cut.. shorter on one side!
