Ha. i used to dress that way...

Uhm lets see.

You could wear a mini-skirt. (black or dark denim, a destroyed one would look good.) with leggings. black probly.

Uhm...a shirt with alot of bright colors...

Checkered vans or those ballet-shoe things.

and one of those coats with fur on the hood. i saw a girl wearing a white one with this outfit and it looked really good.

also if you have short hair wear it up in really high pigtails. it sounds weird but it looks good if you are scene.

If you want short hair, do it yourself, when it comes to looking scene it always looks about a thousand times better choppy.

and wear waterproof eyeliner if you wear alot of it because with the look you're going with its always better to look well put together because people are going to get the idea that you are trying to be something that you arent trying to be( one of those retards that arelike obsessed with hottopic and are usually fat and gross..you know the type) if you have your makeup all smudged everyhere. so yeah stick with liquid eyeliner. hope i helped again
