Ok...peek-a-boo?

ok..so ive been wanting scene hair..but very subtle.

i have a dirty blonde-ish color hair and i want peekaboo highlights only on my side bangs, and one on the underneath layer of my long hair....ill probably use a medium or dark brown color.

like i said, not too drastic..im the kinda girl who is girly and scene-ish..if you know what i mean..

..so your opinions would be SO great.

For the dark brown you can try a hair color that will wash out slowly.... like in 24 - 36 washes or something like that. Then if you don't like you aren't stuck with the dark color.

When you do the highlights be careful and make sure that you get all the way down to the roots so it looks more natural. And do a color that is 1 or 2 shades lighter than your natural color. This way it won't look like zebra strips!

i think you should go all out BLACK. the contrast with the blonde would look amazing with your blonde-ish hair.

also ... if you don't have them already, get lots of short layers and volume!
