Help me get the perfect emo/scene haircut?

I have pale skin and blue eyes. My face is oval shaped. I already have the top of my hair dyed dark brown and the bottom dyed black. Now, I need help on how to cut it. Pictures would be best, but descriptions are great too. I have an appointment with my hairdresser tomorrow. I'm not objective to any ideas on more colors. Thank you already for your help. =]

tell her that you want very layered more on top, you need to keep the top part thicker while extremely thinning out the bottom part..
