I really want my hair like this, how do I explain to the hairdresser (no printer) also any tips for how to blow dry/straighten to get the height that this has.

Also im not scene does this give off that inpression or not

Tell her you want side bangs, and a face frame with long layers. And that you want it extra light ash blonde.

If you want the height it has, then tease it at the top. Just lift up a layer of hair near the top of your head then hair spray from like one inch from the roots down to the roots and comb it backwards (towards the roots). Let it dry, then lay it down.

lt blonde, with short and med. layers. but keep the length at the bottom.... is there no way you can email it to someone and they print for you?

Well you better be good at sketching, as for the volume, I think women just use curling irons or blow dry with a big round brush. Hairspray and volume products also help.

Hey! I really like this style! I don't think it looks "scene" at all.

I would tell the stylist I wanted layers on the top, keeping the rest long and straight. You will probably need to work in some volumizing product to get that lift.

Well, I don't know much about the straightening or blow drying but why don't you print the picture and take it to your hairdresser? It makes it eaiser if the hair dresser sees exactly what you want rather than you trying to describe. :-)

My daughter has hair similar to this. I took her to the mall and found a hairdresser that had young and trendy hairstyle herself. My daughter asked for choppy layers, shorter on the top.

Every morning she blow drys, straightens, and then puts mousse and hairspray at the roots -in that order.

People call her scene, emo, pop punk because of her hair but she doesn't let it bother her!

maybe you can try and draw it..or use you hand to show it.maybe the books at the salon will show it! otherwise tell him/her medium or long length past the sholders. And it kinda poofed at the top. with bags parted to each side.
