But why would you want that. It looks awful. There are so many nice hairstyles and out of all of them you pick that?!

u back comb it, start at the end of ur hair,like at the tips then comb it upwards it makes it poofy nd matted. nd alot of hairspray.

although hers could be a little healthier.

it also looks good just straightened.
