How to get blondish hair with pink,blue,purple and green in?

im really really bored of my hair at the moment.

i wanna dye my hair like this picture

but im not sure how to, and if i should do it permanent or try and get it semi permanent.what dyes should i use? also, i want to dye my hair like, a lighter blondish/brown colour, at the moment its just like, lightbrown. should i go to hairdressers or get friend to do it? ive had bad experience with hairdressers, as they always end up messing up my hair.

i also want my fringe cut like how it is in the pic, as atm, my fringe is too long, and i want the other side to kinda, swoosh forwards abit.

Go to Hot Topic, or if you have a Sallys Beauty Supply near you, buy Manic Panic... it's semi permanant, but since you have light colored hair, if you don't dye over it or cut it, there is always going to be some color left.

Well get simi-permament since youdon't know if it will look good on you. Try going to a hair dresser to see if they do it well. It will only be simi-permanent so if you don't like it that's good. Show them that picture and tell them that you want you hair to look kind of like that. They should show you some dyes and let you pick which ones you like. If you don't like the way the hairdresser did try getting your friend to do it semi-permanent too and see who does it better.

really use extensions, go buy some blonde extensions from sallys and dye it all the colors you want, and put in in your hair, that way you have no guesswork, you have no damage, and you can take it out and go back to your regular hair anyday.

I dont know much about cutting hair, but with ther colour i'd get some tempory stuff first, like the colour fx range, its wash in wash out. This way you can easily try different combinations of colour untill you get the one you want, when you have it the way you want it permanantly take a picture of yourself and take it to the hairdressers with you. hope this helps.
